What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, number of locations, primary state and anything you type into a message field.
- Energy bills you upload. If you attach a bill to a savings-review request, we store that file so we can analyse your current rate.
- Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and to stop automated form abuse.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the confirmation email you asked for.
- To prepare an energy savings review or a material quote for you.
- To contact you about your request, including renewal dates on a contract we placed.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam submissions.
We contact you about your enquiry and our services. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying or calling.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:
- Vercel — website hosting and file storage for uploaded bills.
- HighLevel — our customer relationship management system, which stores your enquiry and sends the confirmation and follow-up emails.
- Energy suppliers — only when you ask us to obtain a quote or place a contract on your behalf, and only the information needed to do so.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the records of work we do for you are retained for as long as we have a business relationship and for up to seven years afterwards, to meet contractual and tax obligations. Uploaded energy bills are retained only as long as needed to complete your review and any contract that follows. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, uploads are stored with unguessable URLs, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people at ABA who need it to do their job.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
Email info@abapartnersplus.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you directly.
